Talent Acquisition Specialist | Short-Term Contract | ASAP Start

Brisbane | Short-term contract | $125k + super equivalent | Immediate start

If you’re an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who knows how to recruit across corporate and professional services roles, this could be a great short term opportunity to step into an established professional environment and make an immediate contribution.

This is a Brisbane based, full-time onsite position, so you will need to be available to work from the Brisbane CBD office five days per week for the duration of the contract.

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running managing recruitment activity confidently, partnering with hiring managers and providing a professional candidate experience from brief through to appointment.

The opportunity

Working within a professional corporate environment, you’ll support recruitment across a range of corporate services and specialist roles.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across corporate and professional services portfolios
• Taking detailed briefs and providing advice to hiring managers
• Developing targeted sourcing strategies for specialist vacancies
• Proactively sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn and other channels
• Screening, interviewing and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinating offers and pre-employment activity
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and providing responsive recruitment support
• Ensuring candidates receive a professional and engaging experience throughout the process

About you
This role requires someone with demonstrated corporate or professional services recruitment experience.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Strong end-to-end Talent Acquisition or internal recruitment experience
• Demonstrated experience recruiting corporate services and professional roles
• Confidence partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
• Strong proactive sourcing capability
• The ability to quickly understand specialist roles and identify relevant talent
• Excellent communication, organisation and candidate management skills
• The ability to step into a busy environment and become productive quickly
• Be available for an immediate on site start

Previous experience recruiting within legal or professional services would be highly regarded, but is not essential.

This opportunity is not suited to candidates whose recruitment experience has been predominantly high-volume blue collar or exclusively IT/technology recruitment, as the stakeholder and recruitment environment requires a strong corporate/professional services background.
