Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high standards of nursing care in line with best practice and HIQA guidelines
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident outcomes
- Promote dignity, respect, and independence for all residents
- Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in care planning
- Support and supervise healthcare assistants as required
Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse with active registration with NMBI
- Previous experience in elderly care or nursing home setting
- Strong clinical, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
