Marketing Manager - Exclusive

EMEA Recruitment is partnering exclusively with a leading global FMCG organization to recruit a Marketing Manager to join a newly established international marketing function based in Amsterdam.

This is a unique opportunity to join a business building a new international marketing function, supporting growth across 21 distributor markets.

Working closely with global teams and distributor partners, you'll translate global brand strategies into successful local execution while driving commercial performance across multiple international markets.

Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:

• Deliver global brand strategies across distributor markets
• Develop and execute marketing and trade marketing plans
• Support product launches and drive brand consistency
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Digital and distributor teams
• Analyze market performance and maximize marketing ROI

Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years' FMCG marketing experience
• Experience managing distributor or international markets
• Strong brand and trade marketing expertise
• Commercial acumen with excellent stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
