Fetch Mining Services have recently been contracted to supply key technical personnel for an exciting new Iron Ore project in WA commencing ASAP.

We are seeking experienced Maintenance Planners for ongoing 7/7 rosters commencing ASAP. These roles will support fixed plant, mobile plant and site infrastructure maintenance activities, ensuring maintenance work is planned and scheduled safely and efficiently to maximise equipment availability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed maintenance plans for weekly and shutdown maintenance activities (mobile maintenance)
- Create and manage work orders through the CMMS system
- Coordinate labour, materials, tools and equipment required to execute maintenance work
- Build and maintain maintenance schedules in consultation with operations and maintenance teams
- Monitor backlog and work management processes to ensure work is completed efficiently
- Review maintenance history and equipment performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Liaise with supervisors, trades personnel and contractors to ensure maintenance activities are executed safely and effectively
- Assist with shutdown planning, scheduling and execution
- Support reliability and continuous improvement initiatives across site
Experience Required:
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Planner within mining, resources, heavy industry or processing environments
- Mobile Plant maintenance planning experience
- Exposure to reliability or asset management principles
- Experience using CMMS systems such as Pronto, SAP, Ellipse or similar
- Strong maintenance planning and scheduling experience
- Understanding of preventative, corrective and shutdown maintenance processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within maintenance and operations teams
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
- Must have a great attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to complete online inductions
- Will need 2 recent contactable references
- Must be able to commence ASAP
