We are seeking experienced Civil Labourers for multiple ongoing civil construction projects across Melbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for hardworking individuals looking for consistent work, competitive pay, and the opportunity to develop their skills within the civil construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general civil construction works
- Excavation, trenching, and site preparation
- Installation of stormwater, sewer, water, and drainage infrastructure
- Pipe laying and pit installation
- Site clean-up, material handling, and traffic management assistance
- Assist with concreting, kerb and channel, footpaths, roadworks, and earthworks
- Support machine operators, pipe crews, and site supervisors as required
- Operate plant and equipment where appropriately licensed and experienced
- Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment
- Previous civil construction or labouring experience highly regarded
- White Card (essential)
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport (essential)
- Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment
- Plant and machinery tickets (Excavator, Roller, Skid Steer, Loader, etc.) advantageous
- Traffic Management tickets (desirable)
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively within a team
- Competitive pay rates with allowances and overtime available
- Consistent, long-term civil projects across Melbourne
- PPE provided
