S26 Manager

S26 Manager – FIFO | 2:1 Roster | $85–$100/hr

We are currently seeking an experienced S26 Manager for a FIFO mining site on a 2:1 roster.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing scheduled shutdown activities from planning through to completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with site requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end S26 shutdown activities.
• Coordinate inspections and shutdown planning.
• Oversee major component replacements and equipment rebuilds.
• Manage commissioning and return-to-service activities.
• Coordinate contractors, trades and site personnel.
• Monitor shutdown progress, resources and schedules.
• Ensure works are completed to required safety and quality standards.
• Manage shutdown documentation and compliance reporting.
• Liaise with maintenance, operations and site management to ensure successful shutdown delivery.

About You:

• Proven experience in S26 or major mining shutdown management.
• Strong knowledge of mining maintenance and equipment.
• Experience managing major component replacements and rebuilds.
• Previous commissioning and shutdown close-out experience.
• Strong leadership, planning and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and work fronts.
• Strong focus on safety, compliance and delivery.
• Previous FIFO mining experience highly regarded.
