This Corporate M&A Lawyer position offers the opportunity to work on cross-border transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance.

You will take on responsibility for files while collaborating closely with an international team of legal professionals.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience as a Corporate M&A lawyer
  • Background in corporate law, focusing on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions
  • Foundation in Dutch corporate law
  • Analytical capabilities, commercial awareness, and a strategic approach to structuring transactions
  • Full professional proficiency in Dutch and English
