As a Lease Operations Analyst, you'll play a vital role in managing and optimizing lease processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across the organization’s real estate portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

• Support lease procurement, amendments, renewals, and change orders within lease management systems.
• Maintain and update trackers and reports related to lease statuses, approvals, and critical dates.
• Coordinate routine lease payments, including rent, deposits, taxes, and utilities, resolving discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Manage landlord and property-manager onboarding, collecting necessary documentation and setting up payment processes.
• Track and flag critical lease milestones such as commencement, expiration, and renewal dates, ensuring timely actions.
• Prepare and follow up on lease notices, certificates of insurance, estoppels, and other post-execution items.
• Escalate delays, discrepancies, or risks to lease leadership efficiently and proactively.
• Support lease system audits, data accuracy, and process improvements.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in lease operations, lease administration, accounts payable, or real estate-related functions.
• Proven ability to handle lease abstraction, record keeping, and financial review.
• Proficiency with lease management and accounting systems such as Zip, Visual Lease, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience managing multiple deadlines and coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Competent with spreadsheets, trackers, and reporting tools.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in commercial real estate, international payments, indirect tax, or audit disciplines.
• Familiarity with lease analysis, audit controls, or evidence retention.
• Prior exposure to legal or compliance documentation related to leasing.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years working within lease operations, lease administration, or related fields in a corporate environment.

Other Requirements:

• This role is hybrid; candidates should be available to work at our SF-based office location on selected days (Mon/Tues/Wed).
• Ability to operate in a fast-changing environment, raising issues proactively and communicating effectively.
• Experience with lease management systems and post-execution lease processes.
