About the Client

A tier-1 global financial institution with a leading Private Banking department franchise across APAC. The Account Management Team (AMT) sits within PWM and is responsible for client onboarding, KYC lifecycle management, and client data integrity. This team works closely with regional stakeholders across Hong Kong and Australia, supporting a wide range of transformation and remediation projects. The culture is fast-paced and collaborative, with a mix of permanent staff and contingent workers driving change across the business.

Role Duties

• Drive PMO governance across KYC transformation initiatives

• Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables

• Liaise with stakeholders across business and technology teams

• Prepare reporting packs and executive summaries for senior management

• Support project coordination across Hong Kong and Australia

• Manage RAID logs and ensure timely escalation of issues

• Track budgets, resources, and project financials

Role Requirements

• 4-7 years PMO / Project Analyst experience within financial services

• KYC / AML knowledge is highly desirable

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience working with large data sets in MNC environments

• Power BI or data visualisation experience is a plus

• Fluent English – Mandarin/Cantonese is advantageous but not required

• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred
