As Corporate Accountant you’ll take end-to-end responsibility for financial reporting and analysis across the business – including a high-volume inventory and rental asset portfolio. You’ll deliver sharp insights that help operations run smarter, while continuously improving processes and building your commercial acumen. Approximately one week of each cycle is dedicated to business partnering, giving you real exposure to the commercial side of the business.

- Prepare accurate, timely financial reporting and analysis in line with group policies, accounting standards (IFRS) and audit requirements
- Managing compliance - GST, FBT
- Manage the financials for the Rental Asset portfolio
- Own key Balance Sheet reconciliations, with a strong focus on Rental Assets
- Deliver monthly financial results packs with clear insights against budget and management plan
- Drive continuous improvement – challenge existing processes, map month-end activities and keep SOPs current and efficient
- Build strong, constructive relationships with internal stakeholders and external auditors
You’re a commercially minded CA who thrives when given ownership and the chance to improve things. You’ll bring:
- CA qualification and a tertiary accounting degree, plus at least four years’ experience as a qualified accountant in a commercial environment
- Practical experience with high-volume inventory, basic fixed assets, FBT, GST and revenue recognition under IFRS 15 (lighter broader tax experience is fine – no group consolidations required)
- Proven ability to interpret, extract and analyse financial information under the pressure of month-end (you’re comfortable with a 3–5 day close)
- A continuous-improvement mindset, resilience under pressure, clear communication skills and the ambition (and potential) to step up into a senior role.
