Facility Manager - Exclusive

EMEA Recruitment is searching on behalf of our client, a scale-up agricultural business, for a Facility Manager to join their team.

The Facility Manager will be responsible for various duties, including the complete management and optimisation of facility services, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-organised production environment.

Responsibilities of the Facility Manager:

• Coordinate and manage all facility services, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and production support
• Oversee property management and ensure an optimal working environment and office experience
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms of service with vendors and external suppliers
• Draft, manage, and monitor facility budgets while identifying bottlenecks for process improvement
• Ensure full compliance with relevant health, safety, and legal regulations
• Coordinate special facility projects, such as maintenance, renovations, and site expansions

 

Experience required:

• Bachelor’s or HBO
• 2+ years' work experience in Facility Management
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with facility management systems and reporting
