We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses or Endorsed Enrolled Nurses with strong Orthopaedic theatre experience to join a highly regarded private hospital in Newcastle.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic and supportive perioperative team, working alongside leading surgeons and healthcare professionals in one of the region's most established private hospitals.
About the OpportunityYou will be joining a busy and progressive theatre department offering some of the most advanced Orthopaedic services in Newcastle.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of Orthopaedic procedures while being supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team.
This role will suit an experienced Scrub/Scout Nurse who is passionate about Orthopaedics, committed to delivering exceptional patient care and enjoys working in a fast-paced theatre environment.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:

• Full working rights 
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
• Demonstrated recent Scrub/Scout experience within an operating theatre environment
• Strong Orthopaedic clinical experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A strong commitment to working within a collaborative team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and customer service
• An interest in quality improvement and maintaining high clinical standards
• Flexibility to work across AM and PM shifts

Desirable

• Postgraduate Certificate in Perioperative Nursing
