Job Overview
The Regional Sales Manager – Southeast is responsible for managing and developing the Pneumatic Products (PPC) distribution channel throughout the assigned territory. This remote, individual-contributor sales position serves as a technical resource to distributors and supports customer and engineering discussions related to compressed-air treatment, dehydration, filtration, and engineered air-dryer solutions.
The Regional Sales Manager will manage distributor relationships, sales opportunities, and pipeline activity while partnering with channel partners on customer sales calls and technical applications. Candidates with compressed-air industry knowledge and an understanding of compressed-air systems and dryers will be able to further develop their product expertise through training on the Pneumatic Products portfolio.

Responsibilities
• Manage and develop the Pneumatic Products distribution channel throughout the assigned territory.
• Maintain distributor relationships and support channel partners in identifying and developing sales opportunities.
• Manage sales opportunities and pipeline activity, including forecasting, reporting, customer follow-up, and account development.
• Participate in joint sales calls with distributors and provide technical support during customer, engineering firm, and end-user discussions.
• Review customer applications and requirements to support the selection of appropriate air treatment, dehydration, filtration, and engineered equipment solutions.
• Serve as a technical resource for distributors, customers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the sales process.
• Partner with Inside Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and other internal teams to support customer and distributor requirements.
• Provide market and competitive information and participate in customer presentations, distributor meetings, product training, trade shows, and other industry events as needed.

Requirements
• 2+ years of industrial sales experience.
• Experience in sales, customer service, business development, or relationship management within an industrial environment.
• Experience managing customer or distributor accounts and supporting opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
• Experience working with mechanical, technical, or engineered industrial products and applications.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, drawings, manuals, and related product documentation.
• Experience preparing and delivering customer presentations and participating in sales discussions.
• Experience managing multiple customer accounts, opportunities, or projects within an assigned territory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferences
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience within the compressed-air industry.
• Experience with air dryers, dehydration, filtration, air treatment, or other engineered industrial equipment.
• Experience working with engineering firms, systems engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, or maintenance professionals.
• Experience working with distributors or channel partners.
• Previous knowledge of Pneumatic Products compressed-air equipment.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or similar CRM/ERP systems.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
• This is a remote, territory-based position covering Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas, Kentucky, Georgia, and Florida.
• Approximately 50% travel is expected, with travel potentially reaching up to 75% based on business needs.
• This position includes a car allowance rather than a company vehicle. Reliable transportation for business travel is required.

Pay Range
The total pay range for this role, not including incentive opportunities, is $110,000–$130,000. The pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that include a candidate’s skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location. Hired applicant will be eligible to receive annual incentive compensation.
