Case Manager, High-Net-Worth Insurance & Wealth Solutions

About the Role
Our client is a leading international life insurance brokerage specialising in insurance and wealth planning solutions for High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients. They are looking to expand their team of case managers to oversee the end-to-end implementation of complex insurance cases, working closely with advisers, private banks, insurers, and clients to ensure a seamless application and policy issuance process.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end administration of HNW insurance cases, from application through policy issuance.
• Coordinate with advisers, private bankers, insurers, underwriters, and clients to ensure timely case progression.
• Monitor case status, proactively follow up on outstanding requirements, and resolve issues to minimise delays.
• Review application documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with insurers on underwriting requirements, medical evidence, policy amendments, and policy issuance.
• Maintain accurate case records and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Deliver a high standard of client service while ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Support continuous improvements to case management processes and operational efficiency.

 
Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline.
• 3 years of experience in case management, policy administration, client servicing, or operations within life insurance or an insurance brokerage.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across clients, insurers, and business partners.
