EQUIP People is seeking experienced Production Staff for casual opportunities with leading FMCG and food manufacturing clients across the Wellington region.
These roles suit reliable people who have worked in fast-paced production environments and understand the importance of quality, food safety, attendance and teamwork.
While these positions are casual to start, ongoing work and long-term opportunities may be available for the right candidates.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operating production and packaging machinery
- Packing, labelling, and palletising finished products
- Carrying out quality checks throughout production
- Following production schedules and work instructions
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
- General cleaning and housekeeping duties
- Working as part of a team to achieve production targets
What We're Looking For
- Previous FMCG, food manufacturing or production experience
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety
- Reliable transport and excellent attendance
- Physically fit and comfortable standing for long periods
- Flexibility to work day, afternoon or night shifts
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and MOJ check
What's On Offer
- $24.00-$26.00 per hour depending on experience
