CoreStaff Darwin are seeking experienced Cooks and Chefs to join our growing pool of hospitality professionals for casual and occasional work across local NT mine sites.

We are building a highly skilled and reliable talent pool of cooks and chefs who are available to assist with last-minute, short-term and scheduled mine-site shifts as opportunities arise.

This is a great opportunity for experienced hospitality professionals looking for flexible work, additional income and the chance to gain or build on mine-site experience.

We are looking for cooks and chefs who:
  • Have proven experience working in a commercial kitchen or hospitality environment
  • Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Can work efficiently and maintain high standards under pressure
  • Are reliable and available for casual or short-notice shifts
  • Hold a current driver's licence
  • Have a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or relevant qualification (desirable)
  • Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Are willing to work in a remote or mine-site environment
