Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project execution, utilizing Waterfall methodologies to manage schedules, dependencies, and risks.
  • Drive proactive stakeholder engagement across multiple business units to uncover untracked deliverables and requirements.
  • Develop and implement structured onboarding procedures and training pathways for future affiliate integration.
  • Oversee and coordinate system and data migrations, ensuring timely completion ahead of key deadlines.
  • Lay the groundwork in Q1 for upcoming product launches scheduled for April, ensuring smooth project transitions.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated success as a hands-on, execution-driven Senior Project Manager with a full ownership approach.
  • Extensive experience managing projects in complex, structured environments using Waterfall methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong background in managing technical and business system integrations and establishing operational interoperability.
