[Confidential] General Manager Production (Textile)

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia represents a well-established textile manufacturing company who is seeking an experienced General Manager – Production to lead its manufacturing operations and drive operational excellence across production, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and delivery performance.
• Develop and execute production strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive productivity improvements, cost optimization, and manufacturing excellence.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to optimize operational performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop production management teams while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Significant leadership experience in textile manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of grey fabric processing, textile finishing, and/or textile printing operations.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale production teams and manufacturing facilities.
• Demonstrated ability to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and operational performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
