Position: Assembly Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable Assembly Associates to join our team. In this role, you will assemble products and components while maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble parts and components according to work instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment safely.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Package completed products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet daily production goals while following safety procedures.
• Report quality or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Work as part of a team to ensure production deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
