Davidson is partnering with a leading financial services organisation currently investing in the continued improvement of its customer experience capability.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a customer experience transformation initiative, working across business processes, technology and operational improvement.

You will work with a broad range of business and technology stakeholders to understand current-state processes, identify pain points and improvement opportunities, and help design practical future-state solutions that improve both customer and operational outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Map and analyse current-state processes and customer journeys.
  • Design future-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops with business, technology and operational stakeholders.
  • Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into practical solutions.
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for simplification.
  • Support technology-enabled process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Develop clear process documentation, requirements and supporting artefacts.
  • Work across multidisciplinary teams to support the delivery and embedding of change.

About You
You will be an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in process improvement and transformation within banking or financial services.

You will bring:

  • Strong Senior Business Analyst experience within complex transformation environments.
  • Experience working across customer experience or customer-focused transformation.
  • Strong process mapping, analysis and future-state design capability.
  • Experience bridging business requirements with technology solutions.
  • Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exposure to operational process improvement and transformation.
  • Lean Six Sigma, BPMN or similar process improvement experience highly regarded.
  • Banking or broader financial services experience preferred.
