An established healthcare organization in western Wisconsin is seeking an experienced, ABIM-certified physician to lead its Internal Medicine Residency Program in a part-time role.



Position Highlights:

  • Part-time leadership role with a 0.5 FTE commitment
  • Direct the educational and administrative activities of an established Internal Medicine Residency Program
  • Help develop and mentor the next generation of internal medicine physicians
  • Advance a longstanding commitment to high-quality graduate medical education
  • Candidates practicing general Internal Medicine or an Internal Medicine subspecialty are encouraged to apply
  • Opportunity to contribute to residency program growth, educational excellence and physician development
  • Target transition into the role by spring 2027



Qualifications:

  • Board certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM)
  • At least three years of documented educational and/or administrative experience
  • Background in Internal Medicine or an Internal Medicine subspecialty preferred
  • Commitment to resident education, mentorship and the development of future physicians
