                      General Laborer – 1st Shift

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented General Laborer to join our production team. This position involves assembling small plastic components by placing them into designated locations on production boards while ensuring accuracy and quality. The ideal candidate is comfortable performing repetitive tasks, has excellent attention to detail, and takes pride in producing quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Sanding duties are also part of this role.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule:

• 1st Shift
• Monday–Thursday
• 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM (10-hour shifts)
• Fridays available for overtime
• 30-minute paid lunch

Responsibilities:

• Insert small plastic components into designated locations on production boards.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure parts are correctly placed and securely assembled.
• Operate basic assembly tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Sand parts as required to meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Meet production goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work with small components and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to follow work instructions and maintain quality standards.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required.
