Delivery Coordinator - Logistics (Fixed Term 12 months)

Logistics Delivery Coordinator – Auckland 12-month fixed-term | Auckland | Some travel required

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Logistics Delivery Coordinator to support a large-scale national technology rollout.

This is a hands-on coordination role where you’ll manage the day-to-day movement and scheduling of vehicles across multiple installation sites, work closely with external suppliers and service providers, and ensure project and asset information is kept accurate and up to date.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinating vehicle movements across multiple locations
  
  
• Following logistics plans and installation schedules
  
  
• Liaising with vendors, service providers and key stakeholders
  
  
• Updating asset management systems and maintaining accurate records
  
  
• Identifying issues early and helping keep delivery on track
  
  
• Supporting wider project administration and reporting
  
  

What we’re looking for You’ll be highly organised, comfortable juggling multiple priorities and confident dealing with a range of stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and good record keeping are important.

Experience working within logistics, fleet coordination, project coordination or operational delivery would be particularly relevant.

You’ll need to be Auckland based, hold a full NZ Driver Licence and be comfortable with some travel.
