About the Role

You will analyze banks and other financial institutions, contribute to credit assessments, participate in analytical committees, and engage directly with senior management teams. Responsibilities

• Analyze financial institutions, financial data, and industry trends.
• Present recommendations to internal committees.
• Prepare research reports, market commentaries, and analytical publications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in banking, credit analysis, research, ratings, risk management, or related fields.
• Strong financial analysis and accounting knowledge.
• Understanding of financial institutions and regulatory environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
• CFA, CPA, or advanced degree is a plus.
