About the Role
Based in Tokyo, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with a wide range of financial institution clients, providing market insights and tailored foreign exchange solutions. Working closely with trading, structuring, and global sales teams, you will help clients navigate changing market conditions while contributing to the growth of the firm's FX business in Japan.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institution clients.
- Provide market commentary, trading ideas, and tailored foreign exchange solutions.
- Collaborate closely with trading, structuring, research, and global sales teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
- Monitor market developments and proactively communicate relevant insights to clients.
- Deliver high-quality client service while expanding existing relationships and acquiring new business.
Requirements
- Experience in FX sales, global markets sales, or a related financial markets role.
- Knowledge of foreign exchange products and financial markets.
- Experience covering financial institution clients is preferred.
- Strong relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Native-level or business-level Japanese and business-level English are required.
