Nesco Resource is seeking dependable and safety-focused individuals for a Chemical Process Operator position with a well-established manufacturing facility in Towanda, PA. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to work with industrial processing equipment, perform quality checks, and support the production of materials used in advanced manufacturing applications.

What You'll Do

• Set up, operate, and monitor industrial processing equipment

• Measure and mix raw materials according to production specifications

• Monitor processing cycles, temperatures, and production parameters

• Perform routine quality checks, testing, and product sampling

• Package finished products and prepare materials for shipment

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hoists, and other material handling equipment

• Complete production logs and process documentation

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures

• Assist with inventory activities and material movement throughout the facility

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, chemical processing, or industrial experience preferred

• Forklift experience is a plus

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and production procedures

• Comfortable working around industrial equipment and manufacturing processes

• Basic computer and documentation skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
