Senior Account Executive / Account Manager (Sports Marketing)

Responsibilities

• Client Advisory: Act as the primary day-to-day contact for key accounts, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and identifying growth opportunities.
• Campaign Execution: Lead the end-to-end project management of complex, integrated digital and social media campaigns, creative executions, and live events.
• Operational Excellence: Develop, implement, and refine scalable systems and internal processes to enhance efficiency and workflow quality.
• Project Logistics: Manage scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resources while coordinating internal teams, freelancers, and external vendors.
• ROI & Performance: Establish campaign KPIs, conduct thorough post-campaign evaluations, and deliver strategic performance updates to senior management and clients.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in account or project management within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency. Candidates who are less experienced but passionate about sports marketing will also be considered.
• Skills: Strong command of project management methodologies, excellent organizational skills, and a natural ability to create structure out of ambiguity.
• Communication: Exceptional presentation and communication skills in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.
• Mindset: A self-motivated problem solver with a strong sense of ownership, emotional intelligence, and communication skills
• Industry Edge: Prior knowledge or experience in sports and entertainment is highly regarded.
