JOB TITLE: Data Analyst

LOCATION: Century Park

SCHEDULE: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote (Friday). Flexible start time between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM; end time between 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM.

DURATION: 12-Month Contract

PAY: $38-43/hour

Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will serve as the bridge between technology and the business, ensuring newly deployed solutions are successfully adopted, supported, and continuously improved. You will provide frontline user support, coordinate change management activities, analyze data, and identify opportunities to optimize business processes and technology solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving user adoption and continuous improvement by:

    o Monitoring solution adoption, usage, and performance metrics.

    o Identifying process gaps, user pain points, and optimization opportunities.

    o Supporting ongoing enhancements to business applications and processes.
  • Supporting business users by:

    o Serving as the primary point of contact for user questions and issue escalation.

    o Providing frontline business support following solution deployments.

    o Monitoring Microsoft Teams channels during and after deployments to assist users.
  • Coordinating deployment activities by:

    o Supporting training initiatives and user communications.

    o Assisting with change management activities.

    o Performing solution testing and validation.

    o Managing user access requests and permissions.
  • Supporting AI-enabled business solutions by:

    o Acting as the Human-in-the-Loop resource for AI chatbot interactions.

    o Monitoring chatbot performance and escalating issues as needed.

    Essential Duties and Job Functions:

  • Monitor solution adoption, usage trends, and key performance metrics.
  • Collect, validate, analyze, and report business and operational data.
  • Design, test, document, and maintain business processes.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Extract, analyze, and validate data from databases, manual files, and external sources.
  • Create and publish recurring and ad hoc reports.
  • Document reporting requirements, business processes, and technical documentation.
  • Respond to data requests from internal business partners.
  • Maintain knowledge articles, documentation, and support resources.
  • Coordinate user communications, training activities, and deployment support.
  • Perform system testing and validate application functionality.
  • Manage user access and permissions for supported systems.
  • Monitor Microsoft Teams support channels during and after deployments.
  • Support AI chatbot operations through human review and intervention.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes, user experience, and system performance.
  • Escalate issues appropriately and collaborate with technical teams to resolve them.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams.

    Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Some college coursework required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in business systems support, data analysis, technology support, or a related field.
  • Experience with relational databases, SQL, reporting, or business intelligence tools preferred.
  • Experience supporting software deployments, user adoption, or change management is a plus.
  • Potential for full-time conversion based on performance and business needs.
