The opportunity
This newly created role will lead Ramsay’s multi-year Revenue Cycle Management transformation program, a major national initiative with the potential to deliver significant financial and operational improvement across its Australian hospital network.
Reporting to the Group General Manager, Revenue Cycle Management, the Director will operate at Group level and partner with Group Executives, hospital CEOs, Directors of Finance and leaders across commercial, operations, finance, digital, IT and people functions.
The role carries a broad enterprise mandate spanning people, process, technology and governance. It will shape how change is designed, delivered and adopted across Ramsay’s hospitals while strengthening financial performance and the experience of patients and payers.

You are an accomplished transformation leader who can bring structure, momentum and accountability to a complex, multi-year program while maintaining the engagement of those responsible for delivering and adopting change.
Commercially astute and operationally grounded, you are comfortable moving between enterprise strategy and the practical realities of implementation. You build credibility quickly, communicate with clarity and can constructively challenge senior stakeholders while maintaining strong and productive relationships.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Translating Ramsay’s revenue cycle strategy into a structured, multi-year transformation roadmap and leading its day-to-day execution
- Delivering measurable improvements in revenue capture, billing accuracy, cash collection and significant reductions in the cost to collect
- Driving operating model and process change across Ramsay’s hospital network
- Establishing and leading disciplined program governance, reporting, delivery rhythms and risk management
- Securing alignment and accountability across Group, functional and hospital leadership
- Using digitisation, automation, data, advanced analytics and AI to modernise revenue cycle capability
- Building an effective approach to change, deployment and adoption while managing internal teams and external vendors
About you

You will bring:
- Senior executive experience leading complex, multi-year transformation programs across large organisations
- Demonstrated success delivering change across multi-site and geographically dispersed environments
- Accountability for measurable financial outcomes, including revenue optimisation, cash flow improvement and cost efficiencies
- Experience driving large-scale operating model, process and technology-enabled transformation
- Strong commercial, financial and analytical capability, including the ability to use data to inform priorities and measure benefits
- Experience establishing effective program governance and partnering with senior executives on performance, risk and investment decisions
- Strong people and change leadership capability, including the ability to coordinate teams, resources and delivery partners outside the direct reporting line
- Relevant tertiary and project or program management qualifications and experience
