LegalTech Specialist

We are seeking a LegalTech Specialist to support and advance the firm’s digital transformation initiatives. This role is centered on designing, building, and maintaining automated document solutions.

The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across workflows, while contributing to the organisation’s broader Tech strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated templates, primarily using Contract Express or equivalent document automation tools.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and business teams to translate complex documents into structured automated workflows.
• Review, test, and optimise automated templates to ensure accuracy, usability, and compliance with firm standards.
• Provide training, support, and guidance to users adopting automated documentation solutions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and related technology tools.
• Collaborate with the wider Tech team, Knowledge Management, IT, and practice groups to integrate automation into the wider ecosystem.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Contract Express is strongly preferred; experience with other document automation platforms (e.g., HotDocs, DocAssembler, ThomsContinueon Reuters HighQ, Litera Create) is also welcome.
• Strong understanding of automated document logic, rules-based systems, and document drafting structures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Comfortable training and supporting users at varying levels of technical ability.
• Interest in and willingness to engage in broader Tech advancement initiatives (AI tools, workflow platforms, digital process enhancements).
