We are looking for an experienced EHS Manager to join a leading multinational FMCG manufacturing company. This role is responsible for driving Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) strategy and ensuring compliance with local regulations and global standards while fostering a strong safety culture across the manufacturing site.
You will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and HR teams to continuously improve workplace safety, environmental performance, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the site's Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) management system and ensure compliance with Thai legal requirements and corporate standards.
- Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through employee engagement, coaching, and training programs.
- Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analysis while driving effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor EHS performance through KPIs, audits, and compliance reviews, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including waste management, pollution prevention, and sustainability initiatives.
- Manage relationships with regulatory authorities and coordinate inspections, audits, and reporting requirements.
- Lead emergency preparedness and response programs, including emergency drills and crisis management.
- Lead and develop the site's EHS team while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 7–10 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of Thai occupational safety and environmental regulations.
- Proven experience leading EHS audits, compliance programs, and safety improvement initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good command of Thai & English, both written and spoken.
