We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join a forward-thinking Professional Services team, managing critical internal initiatives that propel organizational success. Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in professional services, consulting, or technology sectors
  • Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent initiatives and navigating complex priorities
  • Strong stakeholder management and exceptional communication (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to operate independently in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
  • Proficiency in project tracking and reporting tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira
  • Skilled in translating data into clear, actionable status updates
  • Certification such as PMP, Agile, or similar is a plus but not mandatory

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in professional services, consulting, or tech organizations
