Investment Banking Analyst

• Leading corporate finance advisory firm
• Permanent headcount based in Singapore
• Work on deals across M&A, Capital Raising, Venture & Growth deals across Series A/B, plus additional Single family office work

Responsibilities:

• Work with founders, investors and corporates to execute high-impact transactions
• Support deal execution and origination, prepare client presentation materials, marketing related materials including teaser/ term sheets and reports
• Perform financial and valuation analyses using various methodologies
• Build detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios and to analyze the impacts of different capital structures and potential M&A transactions
• Conduct macroeconomic, industry, and company-level research
• Support single family office work by looking into tech investments, deploying capital globally across venture and growth stage opportunities

Profile of Ideal Candidate: 

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Proven 2-5 years experience in investment banking, venture capital, corporate finance related work
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools
• Excellent research and analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese would be beneficial to support transactions involving Korean-, Chinese-, or Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
