About the Role As a D10 Dozer Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently across a range of earthmoving activities, including:
- Topsoil stripping and stockpiling
- Contouring and earthworks
- Final trim operations
- Rehabilitation works
- Maintaining compliance with site environmental and safety requirements
- Working collaboratively within a high-performing project team
- Minimum 2 years' experience operating D10 Dozers within mining or civil construction environments
- Extensive experience with topsoil stripping, stockpiling, and contouring
- Proven ability to carry out final trim and rehabilitation works
- Strong understanding of environmental and site compliance requirements
- A demonstrated commitment to safe work practices
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and site onboarding requirements
- $65–$75 per hour, depending on experience
- 8:6 / 7:7 roster
- Mid-August mobilisation
