Currently, we are partnering with a leading contractor to recruit a Civil / CSA Construction Manager (Shell & Core) (m/w/d) for a major Data Centre project based in Groningen, Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all civil and CSA shell & core works on site, ensuring delivery to programme, quality, and safety standards.
  • Oversee subcontractors across groundworks, concrete, structural works, and building envelope.
  • Coordinate daily site activities and ensure efficient sequencing of works.
  • Monitor progress against schedule and drive programme where required.
  • Ensure full compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with client, design teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct site inspections, manage quality control, and ensure works are delivered to specification.
  • Chair site meetings and provide regular reporting on progress and project issues.

Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Construction Manager on Data Centre or large-scale industrial projects.
  • Proven track record delivering civil / CSA shell & core packages (groundworks, RC structures, steel frame, envelope).
  • Experience working for a main contractor on-site.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and subcontractor management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-value project environment.
