We are currently seeking an experienced Mental Health Clinician to join a community-based youth mental health service.
This role involves working with young people and their families who are experiencing a range of mental health challenges. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing assessment, case management, therapeutic interventions, and ongoing support.

We are currently seeking an experienced Mental Health Clinician to join a community-based youth mental health service.
This role involves working with young people and their families who are experiencing a range of mental health challenges. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing assessment, case management, therapeutic interventions, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete mental health assessments for young people.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic support and interventions.
- Manage a caseload of clients and coordinate care plans.
- Work closely with families, schools, health professionals and community services.
- Participate in team meetings, case discussions and service development activities.
- Deliver education and mental health promotion activities within the community.
- Qualification in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Nursing or Social Work.
- Relevant professional registration or membership.
- Experience working with children, adolescents or young adults experiencing mental health concerns.
- Strong assessment, case management and therapeutic skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Current driver's licence.
- Experience working in community mental health services.
- Understanding of early intervention and youth mental health.
- Experience working within regional or rural settings.
