Title: Utility / Packer
Location: Cleveland, OH 44135
Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour
Shifts: Alternating 12-hour shifts (36 hours one week, 48 hours the next, rotating)

What You'll Do:

Utility Worker (Machine Operator Helper):

• Assist machine operators in keeping production running efficiently.
• Supply materials to machines and remove finished products.
• Perform basic quality inspections and remove defective products.
• Assist with machine changeovers, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Support other departments and production tasks as needed.

Packer:

• Pack finished products according to production and quality standards.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure accurate counts.
• Label, tape, stack, and wrap boxes for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Assist team members and support other production tasks as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Basic math and English skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for a 12-hour shift.
