Contract: Immediate Start | Contract until End of October 2026
We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to lead the people side of business transformation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, driving adoption of new ways of working, and ensuring successful change outcomes across a complex operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver change management and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Lead communication, training, and user adoption initiatives.
- Support business leaders in driving change across their teams.
- Assess change impacts and proactively manage risks and resistance.
- Facilitate workshops and gather stakeholder feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Monitor business readiness, adoption, and change success metrics.
- Provide regular reporting on change progress and outcomes.
About You
- Proven experience leading organisational change initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience with business transformation and change management frameworks.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Experience developing communication, training, and adoption plans.
- Experience within complex operational environments is highly regarded.
- Natural resources or similar industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
