CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Mobilisation Consultant for our client based in the Pilbara region, WA.
This is a permanent opportunity suited to an organised and proactive Mobilisation Consultant with experience coordinating FIFO workforces within the mining or resources sector.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring personnel are mobilised efficiently across multiple major mining clients while maintaining compliance with site requirements.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring personnel are mobilised efficiently across multiple major mining clients while maintaining compliance with site requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate FIFO mobilisation for company employees and labour hire personnel.
- Mobilise personnel to major mining clients.
- Manage employee mobilisation through the internal system.
- Maintain and update the company manning roster.
- Book flights and coordinate travel arrangements for company personnel.
- Liaise with suppliers to organise required equipment and resources.
- Monitor employee training compliance and ensure all mandatory qualifications remain current.
- Schedule and coordinate required training courses.
- Ensure employees maintain current Drug and Alcohol Screens (DAS) within required timeframes.
- Respond quickly to changing operational requirements while maintaining mobilisation efficiency.
- Previous experience in a Mobilisation or Workforce Coordination role within the mining, resources or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of FIFO mobilisation processes and mining compliance requirements.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with employees, clients and suppliers.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and workforce management systems.
- $120,000 + Super per annum.
- Permanent full time opportunity.
- FIFO 2:1 roster
- 6:00am to 6:00pm rostered shifts.
