You will be working for a reputable organisation who provide choices for people with a disability, enabling them to regain and retain their independence within an inclusive community. Their head office is based in Fairfield, with free car parking available onsite.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Scheduling and Allocations Manager, you will be based in the scheduling team and responsible for a variety of administrative duties, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative support, including processing invoices and approving timesheets
- Allocating support workers to shifts
- Conducting support worker check ins
- Taking inbound phone calls
- Managing shift changes, cancellations, and employee availability
- Liaising with support workers and customers regarding roster requirements
To be successful you will bring:
- A valid NDIS clearance check and WWCC is required for this role
- Previous experience in an administrative/scheduling/rostering or office support position
- Exposure to the NDIS sector would be highly desirable
- Strong ERP systems knowledge experience (Carelink highly regarded)
- Experience in rostering, highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to support the broader team
