Key duties and responsibilities
The Service, delivered in collaboration, include but are not limited to:
- Custom portal development with UI Builder or React framework ensuring secure integration with ServiceNow APIs and government data models.
- Perform advanced customisations including Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts Script Includes, Client Scripts, workflows custom tables and reports.
- Integration and ServiceNow scripting (Glide, Java Script, Ajax, XML, JSON, HTML and CSS).
- Advanced workflow development and customisation.
- Advanced Playbook development.
- Advanced CSM development and customisation.
- Escalation of issues and risks within team structure.
- Respond to reported problems, performing fault diagnosis, analysis and rectification tasks.
- Provide or assist in the analysis of enhancements as requested by business areas.
- Support, design, configure, test and implement ServiceNow functions and methods.
