Seeking BE/BC Family Medicine Physician Assistant to join an established, community-focused care team in western Massachusetts. This opportunity offers supportive clinical colleagues, regional specialty resources and an emphasis on high-quality patient care and a sustainable practice environment.

Position Highlights, Schedule & Responsibilities

  • Help develop a new high-risk clinic offering comprehensive care for patients with complex physical, mental and social needs.
  • Conduct detailed assessments, develop individualized care plans and collaborate with behavioral-health specialists, care coordinators and nursing.
  • Address barriers such as housing, employment and transportation.
  • No set daily patient quota or volume-based pressure; emphasis on sustained patient engagement.
  • Significant autonomy and opportunities to shape patient-centered workflows and protocols.
  • Full-time, 40-hour Monday-Friday role.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $54.8111-$74.4159 per hour.
  • Eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, life and disability coverage, retirement-plan contributions and paid time off. Compensation depends on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

  • At least three years of clinical experience, including primary care. Experience in integrated care or harm reduction is preferred. Comfort treating high-risk populations, including patients with PTSD, severe anxiety, substance use disorders and disabilities. Strong collaboration, communication and problem-solving skills.
