With continued growth and an expanding project pipeline, they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who is keen to broaden their experience, work across a diverse range of sectors and develop their career alongside some of the industry’s leading professionals.


ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for all QS work such as measurement, cost planning, etc. You’ll need to work within a team of Quantity Surveyors in order to ensure that timeframes and budgets are met. As a quantity surveyor you will be reporting to the Senior team. 

DUTIES.
  • Manage clients and other stakeholders 
  • Responsible for variations and progress claims 
  • Conduct Contracts Administration services 
  • Responsible for measurement of quantities, estimates, cost plans and bills of quantities/ pre-tender estimates.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • A bachelor’s degree in project management or construction management majoring in Quantity Surveyor
  • Minimum 3yrs Quantity Surveying experience 
  • Work well within a team 
  • Previous experience working for a consultancy firm
