Job Position: Direct Hire: 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician

Location: GARLAND, TX 75041

Pay Rate: $30.00/hr

Shift: 2nd Shift 2:45pm-11:05pm Occasional Saturdays

Job Descriptions:

Maintain fluid levels in hydraulic reservoirs.

Maintain equipment filters and change as necessary or per PM schedule.

Grease equipment as required or defined in associated instructions.

Repair various mechanical issues including, but not limited to, hydraulic, air, or water leaks in a timely manner.

Maintain PM of safety devices on equipment.

Apply knowledge of lockout procedure prior to performing work on equipment.

Perform emergency repairs and preventive maintenance as scheduled.

Participate, as needed, in internal problem solving/improvement activities.

Input, read, and complete work orders.

Maintain forklift maintenance check list.

Other duties as assigned by supervision.

Key components for Maintenance:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the injection molding maintenance department.

• Able to read electrical prints. Identify electrical symbols and read ladder logic. Identify inputs and outputs on a PLC control diagram.

• Able to read hydraulic print.

• Able to use and understand a voltage tester, voltmeter, and amp probe.

• Familiar with auxiliary equipment, thermolators, dryers, vacuum loading system, hot runner controllers, tower pumps, chiller pumps, robotic.

• If they have Toshiba Machine experience, that is a plus.

• Able to work with 240volt and 480volt circuits.
