Location: Carrollton, TX 75010

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Occasional overtime and Saturdays as needed)

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Scheduler to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, manage dock appointments, and support the daily flow of warehouse operations. This role works closely with carriers, vendors, drivers, and warehouse personnel to ensure deliveries and pickups are scheduled efficiently. Occasional support in the Receiving department may be required.

Duties and Responsibilities

Other duties may be assigned.

  • Schedule inbound and outbound truck appointments.

  • Coordinate with carriers, vendors, drivers, and warehouse teams.

  • Maintain daily dock schedules and adjust appointments as needed.

  • Track shipment activity using Google Docs, Salesforce, and warehouse systems.

  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and communicate updates.

  • Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.

  • Provide administrative and receiving support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse scheduling, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

  • Proficient with Google Docs and general computer applications; Salesforce experience is a plus.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

  • Must be available for occasional overtime and Saturdays.

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and E-Verify screening.
