This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, coordinate large-scale recruitment activities, and help drive process improvements across the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and coordinating high-volume recruitment activities
- Preparing, processing and maintaining HR documentation across multiple systems including eduPay, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook and MS Office
- Building strong relationships with Directors, Managers, Executives and People Services teams
- Providing HR support, troubleshooting and issue resolution across various business units
- Maintaining position management records, reporting and WWCC administration
- Reviewing HR documentation and processes with a quality and risk-focused mindset
- Producing and maintaining accurate spreadsheets, trackers and workforce reports
- Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes and systems
- Experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination or workforce projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Previous Victorian Government or eduPay experience will be highly regarded
- Immediate start
- Melbourne CBD location
- VPS4 equivalent rates of $63–$72 per hour + super
