Emanate Technology is partnering with a Brisbane based organisation to recruit an experienced Change Analyst for a project focused on delivering new digital capabilities and improving the way stakeholders engage with and access important information and feedback processes. This role will play a critical part in ensuring successful adoption of new ways of working through effective stakeholder engagement, communication, training and change management activities.

What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and maintain change management strategies, impact assessments and change plans.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and establish targeted engagement approaches.
- Design and deliver communication, awareness and engagement activities.
- Develop training materials, support resources and adoption toolkits.
- Assess organisational readiness and identify change risks and mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder consultations and focus groups.
- Support business readiness activities leading into project deployment.
- Monitor adoption, engagement and readiness metrics.
- Collaborate closely with project teams, business stakeholders and communications specialists.
- Provide reporting, recommendations and updates to governance and leadership groups.
- Demonstrated experience delivering change management outcomes within complex organisational or technology-enabled projects.
- Strong experience conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder engagement planning.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to develop communications, training materials and adoption resources.
- Experience engaging with stakeholders at executive, operational and end-user levels.
- Ability to influence, build trust and drive stakeholder adoption in changing environments.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting platform implementation or business transformation initiatives.
- Prosci, ADKAR or other recognised change management methodologies and certifications.
- Experience measuring change readiness, adoption and benefits realisation.
