Arizona Pharmacy Technician with CPTB certification
Dates of Coverage needed: Start ASAP to cover leave of absence until December but could be longer depending on return.
Coverage Hours needed: Monday-Friday 7am – 2:30pm
No weekend coverage needed
Order Entry System: Cerner, experience not required
Site Automation: Omnicell, experience required

Job responsibilities:
- Refill/Restock Omnicell cabinets
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and rotate stock to prevent expiration.
- Remove expired, recalled, or damaged medications.
- Perform scheduled cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Fill medication cassettes, bins, and patient-specific medication requests.
- Deliver medications to nursing units.
- Process medication returns and credits.
- Ensure accurate medication packaging and labeling before distribution.
- Support monitoring of high-alert medications.
- Assist with medication room inspections.
- Prepare monthly medication area audit documentation.
- Support patient own medication processing according to policy.
- Monitor emergency medication kits and antidote inventory.
