We're working with a technology consultancy engaged on a greenfield AI build for a major financial services client. The engagement centres on building an agentic, conversational orchestration layer for a complex home-lending workflow, moving away from traditional screen-driven processes toward an intelligent, broker-like front end capable of reasoning through edge cases and improving outcomes for both customers and brokers.
This is a hands-on build role. You will work within a small, senior team to deliver a production-quality pilot on AWS, with a strong focus on GenAI agent development using Bedrock and related tooling.

What you'll be doing
- Building and deploying AI agents and agentic workflows within the AWS/Bedrock ecosystem
- Developing a conversational orchestration layer capable of reasoning through complex lending scenarios
- Contributing to infrastructure setup and deployment in a production-like environment
- Working within security and compliance constraints relevant to sensitive financial data
- Collaborating closely with a hands-on lead architect and broader delivery team
What you'll need
Essential
- Solid hands-on AI development experience, you've built and shipped, not just experimented
- Strong AWS experience and comfort working within that ecosystem
- Practical GenAI and agent-building experience
- Exposure to Amazon Bedrock or comparable agentic frameworks
- A security-conscious mindset, particularly around sensitive or regulated data
- Strong Python skills
- Experience in banking, home-lending, insurance, or financial services
- Familiarity with RAG pipelines, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
- Experience working on greenfield builds or pilot delivery in a consulting environment
