The Opportunity
PRA is an Australian owned recruitment firm that's spent the past year building its marketing foundations - and it's working.  Now we're scaling up, and we need someone to drive our marketing activities through 2026/27 across our Brisbane/Sydney/Melbourne offices and teams.  This is a part-time Marketing Specialist role for someone who works efficiently, thinks commercially, and knows how to create consistent, high-quality content without needing hand-holding.  If you're a marketer who wants meaningful work, without the full-time grind, this role was made for you.

The Role
This role focuses on driving consistent execution and maintaining momentum across PRA's marketing activity.

You will:

• Manage weekly content planning and delivery, ensuring a consistent presence across LinkedIn
• Support our internal team in building their personal brands, including drafting, refining, and scheduling content
• Coordinate and run fortnightly editorial meetings, turning ideas into live content
• Maintain and evolve brand templates, tone of voice, and guidelines
• Support the ongoing growth of Google and Sourcr reviews
• Assist with event promotion and content capture (pre and post event)
• Make updates to the website and marketing materials as required
• Track and report on basic performance metrics and optimise content accordingly

About You

• Degree qualified, with extensive experience in marketing
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn (or Instagram) and content-led marketing
• Able to work autonomously and manage priorities within a part-time structure
• Confident engaging with stakeholders and supporting others to contribute
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone and detail
